No app required. Customers have two ways to reach you: scan the QR code sticker on the machine with their phone camera, or call the Twilio phone number on the machine. The QR code opens a form branded to your company, pre-filled with location and machine ID; the phone number answers with an automated menu and texts back an SMS link to the same form. Either way they submit in seconds, and the assigned technician gets an instant SMS and email.
